1. Geltungsbereich und Anbieter

Unsere nachfolgenden Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen (AGB) gelten für alle Bestellungen von Waren, die Verbraucher über den Online-Shop www.de.mshop.eu.

2. Preise

The prices on de.mshop.eu are stated in Euro (€) and include VAT. In the shopping cart you see the total amount including shipping.

3. Bezahlung

We offer four different payment methods, so you can find something you are comfortable with! We always work with large and reliable players so that you can be as safe as possible when you pay something with us.

4. Bestellung

After ordering goods at Mshop you will receive an order confirmation by mail. The confirmation is your proof that the order has been received and accepted. The correct email address must be entered in order for you to receive it.

The order confirmation contains information about the goods ordered, the payment method chosen and the total cost incl. delivery.

5. Lieferung

5.1 Deliveries and shipments

Orders placed before 14:30 are usually dispatched on the same day. The delivery time is usually within 2-5 working days. The goods are always shipped with DHL and are both insured and traceable.

Responsibility for goods purchased from Mshop passes to you as a consumer at the time of delivery - with reservation for errors, sold out and expired goods.

5.2 Uafhentede pakker

In case of non-delivery of packages, the customer is charged EUR 10 for return handling.

6. Beschwerde

All products sold in our online store are sold in accordance with Swedish and EU law. If you have received a defective item and have checked this function, please contact us at help@mshop.eu. You can respond to the order confirmation you received from us. Make sure the email contains your name, address and order number for the fastest handling of the case. Then indicate which product is the case and describe the defect - it is of course possible to attach pictures if you feel it is necessary. We will then contact you with further notice as soon as we have handled your case. Do not return a complaint until you have received a response from us.

7. Rückgaberecht

When purchasing, you are entitled to return faultless goods according to the distance contract law. Notice of this must be delivered to us as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after delivery.

The following applies to us:

• The product packaging must not be open, broken or damaged, that includes any plastic or hygien seal.
• Non-hygien sensitive products without hygien seals may be function-checked, not used.
• The right of return does not apply if packaging has been broken or patches removed on underwear and pharmacy products such as lubricants
• The customer is responsible for shipping

Write return reason on the delivery note and include it in the shipment.

If you do not have your delivery note, you can attach a written message with the following information:

• First and last name
• Address
• Order and item numbers for the goods in question

We do not replace returns that have been lost along the way, so we recommend you choose a shipping option with tracking.

If you pay by credit card at Mshop, your data is protected with a security method known as SSL. This means that your data is encrypted and protected against intrusion. Mshop does not store credit card information, but only communicates it to Reepay / Billwerk+, who handles the payment. All transfer of sensitive data from you to us via the web goes over a secure connection, so that no one can get over your information. By ordering in our store you consent to your data being stored and handled by the company.

10. Cookies

We use cookies in our webshop. Cookies are information files that are automatically saved in the browser on your computer's hard drive. 11. Force Majeure

The owner of this webshop is exempt from the penalty for failure to fulfill certain obligations under this agreement, if the failure is based in the exempt circumstances as set forth below and the circumstance prevents, complicates or delays the fulfillment. Such as liberating circumstances are to be considered, inter alia, government action or omission, sabotage or accident of greater magnitude. Force majeure includes the authority's decisions that have a negative impact on the market and products, e.g. restrictions in indication, warning texts, ban on sales etc., and abnormal market decline.

12. Streitigkeiten

If you feel that you have not been properly treated, please report this to us in writing. Enter your name, address, phone number and any order number. If we are unable to resolve the dispute together, we ask you to contact a consumer supervisor in your municipality for further information. We always follow the recommendations of The (Swedish) National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
